Safety
Inspections & Charges:
To comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and
the Electricity at Work Act 1989, it is the employer's duty
to provide a “safe” place of work. This includes
regular electrical Periodic Inspection and Testing.
Insurance Companies,
Licensing Authorities, Councils, Banks and Building Societies
all ask to see up to date Periodic Inspection Reports (PIR's)
as evidence of compliance.
Failure to produce
this, could in fact result in a invalided insurance policy.

Temporary installation: 3 months
On a average size installation
( 25 circuits ) we charge £20 per circuit tested.
We have a minimum call
out charge of £50 to inspect a fault.
